The programme committee
prefers that all oral presentations be on power point. Computers and
power point projectors will be available in all the halls. The time
allocated for each paper is twenty five minutes. 15 minutes will be
allocated for presentation and five minutes will be for discussion.
Power point presentations should be given to the programme officer in
the form of diskettes, CDs or flash disks.
Presenters who wish to use different media (overhead
projectors, slide projectors, etc.)
should inform the organisers in advance so that they can be
accommodated. |
